The initiative is the result of a partnership between the Shared Services of the Ministry of Health (SPMS) and the Portuguese Psychologists Order (OPP), with support from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (FCG).

An articulation between the Intervention Service in Addictive Behaviors and Dependencies (SICAD) and the Regional Health Administration of Lisbon and Vale do Tejo (ARSLVT) results in an integrated action in the Portuguese capital to reduce the risk associated with drug use.
