TELEASSITANCE TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Domestic violence is a public crime and reporting is a collective responsibility.
The National Support Network for Victims of Domestic Violence (RNAVVD) is functioning. If you need help or know of any domestic violence situation, send a message to SMS Line 3060 or call 800 202 148. It is a toll-free line, it works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The CIG also has an email service in operation for clarifying doubts, requests for support and emotional support: violent.covid@cig.gov.pt
HEALTH SNS 24
The SNS 24 service was created to help with general health questions and Covid-19. It is also possible to make an appointment, ask for a prescription for chronic medication, obtain a covid digital certificate.
